On October 6, 2019 President Russell M. Nelson, ordained prophet of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, reminded us that this spring will be the 200 year anniversary of when the modern prophet Joseph Smith saw God the Father and His Son Jesus Christ. He invites us to prepare for this great event by learning more about Joseph Smith's experience by studying about him and praying to know how his First Vision and other teachings may change our lives. This glorious message from our modern-day prophet stirs my soul. He speaks the truth with love in his heart for Jesus Christ. He encourages all men and women with that love to follow Jesus Christ also.
